What a mess
Color bottle top was cracked and hair color went everywhere. That kit was worthless and I had to use the remaining kit I had. Spend more money on decent containers and less on packaging. Cancel my subscription.

it did not cover enough of the grey
it did not cover enough of the grey, it does smell better than the store bought stuff.

Not my favorite
The product is a 1 time use product. It is very watery and takes 30 minutes to develop. Not a fan.

Too expensive
I got it for my beard and it comes in larger size. Being a short beard it means I need to colour it a couple of times a week given the growth and how the roots shows quickly which means that this product is simply way too expensive.

Not the right color
This is the second time that I ordered a color ( medium brown) with the company the first time was awesome, but this time the color it was darker than normal, so I didn't like that much
